Chetwynd Seventh-day Adventist Church

Lifting up Jesus in our community.

07/03/2021

  • I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for a much higher public health order compliance rate.  Small sacrifices on behalf of those around us speak volumes as we try our best to do all for the glory of God.

  • This week we welcome everybody to our 9:30 Sabbath School programs, and Teams 4, 1, and guests to our on-site services at 11:00.  We will be (hopefully) streaming the services!

    Please remember to pre-register!

  • On Monday, July 5, our church family has the opportunity to lift up Jesus in our community through acts of service as we dust off our sledge hammers and crowbars to demolish an old deck at the Lasser Ranch in preparation for a replacement to be installed at a later date.  If you can help out please let Tyler know.

    Tools we'll need:
    Crowbar
    Nail puller
    Drill
    Reciprocating saw
    Hammer
    Mallet

All materials will be supplied, i.e. lumber

"So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12

  • If you would like a Sabbath School Quarterly, they are living in the arctic entry at Peace Christian School.  If you cannot get out to the school, please contact Pastor D and he can help one find its way to you.  At time of publishing, the large print ones have not yet arrived, but for those with magnifying glasses and/or youngish eyes, the regular editions are here.

  • Abundant Life Seventh-day Adventist Church is partnering with Compassion Health Canada to host a live virtual clinic event this July 23 - 25, 2021!
